There are those recipes you make over and over and you just make them, without following a recipe. You just know them. That’s this recipe for me. Until a friend asks you for the recipe and then you’re like “umm, I guess I’ll have to write it down next time I make it”. So, here I am, writing this down. I’ll need to add a picture
Salmon with garlic and dill
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 2 8 oz salmon filets
- 4-5 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/4 cup chopped dill weed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 3 lemon slices cut in half optional
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Lay the salmon, skin down, in a baking dish

In a cup, combine olive oil, garlic, dill, salt and pepper.

Spread mixture over the salmon

Optionally, lay lemon slices on top

Bake in the pre-heated oven for 15 minutes
