Salmon with garlic and dill

Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz salmon filets
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill weed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 3 lemon slices cut in half optional

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Lay the salmon, skin down, in a baking dish

  3. In a cup, combine olive oil, garlic, dill, salt and pepper. 

  4. Spread mixture over the salmon

  5. Optionally, lay lemon slices on top

  6. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 15 minutes
